These terms set out the rules for visiting ghexoranvorlumen.world and using our publicly available materials. They are separate from any written agreement for paid nutrition education services, which may add or override provisions where explicitly stated.

We may update the terms periodically; the hero section shows today’s date as a visual anchor, while substantive revisions will be described on this page or, for major changes, highlighted through a site notice.

You may view, browse, and print limited excerpts for personal, non-commercial reference. You may share links to our pages provided you do not misrepresent affiliation or endorsement. Any automated access that degrades performance, circumvents security, or attempts to harvest personal data of other users is prohibited.

We may offer scheduling or intake flows that require accurate contact details. You agree that information you submit is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you will not impersonate another person or entity.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the unenforceable portion will be modified to reflect the parties’ intent as closely as law permits.
12. Online advertising and landing pages
When we use paid digital advertising (including Google Ads in New Zealand), our landing pages identify Ghexoranvorlumen, describe our general wellness education service accurately, display verifiable New Zealand contact details, and link to our Privacy Policy and these Terms. We aim to follow Google Ads policies and fair trading standards. We do not promote regulated therapeutic claims, implied cures, or guaranteed physical outcomes.
